Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Communications Policy
1. Purpose
This website is operated by Codiste Pvt Ltd. Codiste forbids using spam or unsolicited bulk messages to advertise or promote this website, anything published on it, its services, or any related Codiste offering. The standards below bind Codiste and everyone acting on its behalf.
2. Scope
This policy covers every Codiste employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, partner, vendor, and service provider, and anyone else sending electronic communications for Codiste or on its behalf. It applies to email, SMS, and messages sent through social or professional networks, one at a time or in bulk.
3. Prohibited practices
In connection with this website, Codiste permits none of the following:
- Unsolicited bulk or mass advertising messages.
- False or misleading sender names, addresses, domains, subject lines, or routing information.
- Contact data obtained unlawfully, or used in breach of applicable law or of a provider's terms.
- Further promotional contact with a recipient once they have asked for it to stop.
- Promotion of this website through spam or unsolicited bulk messages by any employee, partner, vendor, or third party.
- Use of the Codiste name, this domain, or its links inside spam or unsolicited bulk advertising.
4. Permitted communications
Codiste sends electronic messages only where doing so is lawful, and only within these limits:
- Messages the recipient asked for or subscribed to.
- Individually relevant messages to a business contact inside an existing or prospective business relationship, in compliance with applicable law.
- Transactional, service, and administrative messages.
Each of those messages names Codiste as the sender, carries an accurate subject line, includes valid contact details and a physical postal address, and gives a clear way to opt out.
5. Opt-out
Opt-out requests are honoured promptly. Once a recipient opts out, their address goes onto a suppression list and is not used for further promotional messages, except where the law requires it or where it is needed to confirm the opt-out itself. Suppression records are kept so that re-contact does not happen.
6. Third-party compliance
Anyone sending messages for Codiste or on its behalf must follow this policy and all applicable communications and data-protection law. Engaging a third party does not authorise that party to use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading sender information, or any other prohibited practice to promote this website.
7. Reporting and enforcement
If you believe a message you received breaches this policy, report it to nishant.bijani@codiste.co.in. Include a copy of the message, the date and time it arrived, the sender address, and the full headers where you have them. Codiste will investigate, stop any non-compliant activity, and may end the access or engagement of anyone who breaches this policy.
